Intent is "I should hang out with this person in particular soon". Particularly useful for "new" (as in "have not hung out with them yet") friends.

We could add star and unstar! we could time-sort stars at top of list..

I worry this would overlap with "overdue" friends (or maybe this is a good thing). What do you think?
