I was looking to add Tekever, a Portuguese company that builds Unmanned Aerial Systems and satellites mainly for maritime surveillance and intelligence/defense purposes, You can check their website here.

While there's a "Sea" category, I would argue that this company's primary focus on intelligence and defense makes it a better fit in a more specialized, new category. For that reason, I suggest creating a new category such as "Defense" or "Intelligence and Surveillance", to better reflect this company and others in a similar position.

I would say that this would be a plus.
It is a very specific sector but nonetheless a lot of people specialize, or want to specialize in it.

This also reminds me of "AeroSpace" sector. Both attract a very specialized group of engineers, possible interchangeable between them.

The only "downside" is how many companies will there be that hire in Portugal? 😄
But that's something for contributors to fill in.

I'd argue that the number of companies is not relevant here since we already have categories with only one or two companies.
The precedent has already been set.
But as you said, let's wait for the maintainers to decide.

Regarding this company
Does anyone know more companies related to drones/robots, mostly about autonomous exploration or just programming them for something
