Confusing interface when beginning to contribute

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a user first clicks on "contribute" it shows a big thumbnail image and it's a bit unclear that they need to scroll down and click on "contribute" a second time. They think that the project goes nowhere.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe the image could resize, or the scroll bar could appear more obvious, or clicking on the image (both in the main view and in this view) leads directly to the project.
