Spectrum plot not updating

Summary

Sometimes when moving an ROI in the spectrum viewer, the plots are not updated

Steps To Reproduce

Open a dataset
Open Spectrum viewer
Resize and move the ROI on the image view
Note that the spectrum plot is updated when the movement is finished
Add a new ROI using the button
Resize the new ROI on the Image View
Note the plot is updated
Move the first ROI
Note that the plot is not updated

Current Behaviour

It seams like the plot only updates if the ROI is selected in the ROI properties. This can be done by clicking on it in the image view or table.

Expected Behaviour

Moving any ROI should update the plot. You should not need to select it first.

(Or moving it, should select it)
