Current Behaviour

COR/tilt calculation in recon window holds the values in the window, and pass them to the recon algorithm

Desired Behaviour

Values get stored in the ImageStack as well
Values from the ImageStack get used as the initial values

Undesired Behaviour

Importance of Feature
