The renewal URL does not use HTTPS #105

The URL sent via email to authenticate a member renewal uses HTTP, and not HTTPS. The email should be updated so that the URL uses HTTPS.

Steps to reproduce:

Be a member requiring renewal
Enter your email address on the renewals page
Receive the email link to continue the renewal process
Note that the link in the email uses HTTP.
