Search returns lots of false positives

Visit http://docs.maidsafe.net/safe_vault/master/safe_vault/index.html and type something into the search box, say 'vault'. After a short delay a list of results is turned, including correct results, but also many false positives.

You also get a long list of false positives after typing garbage like 'asdfhhjj' which should return no results.

I think we now use https://docs.rs/ to host the documentation of our Rust crates. For example, https://docs.rs/safe_vault

I think all the READMEs have been updated to use https://docs.rs/ links.

I did a search for "vault" and it looks like the search results are much better: https://docs.rs/safe_vault/0.14.0/safe_vault/?search=vault

Cool. Then I suggest also updating the redirect for docs.maidsafe.net to go to docs.rs, although it would be good to have a way to navigate around just the MaidSafe rust docs. As a hack, this and other links could redirect to: https://docs.rs/releases/search?query=MaidSafe
