Timeline commands / streams should allow remote filters or respect remote filters.

The web interface allows for a user's home timeline column to filter out boosts and/or replies. It would be cool if 'home' and 'stream home' could support some of the -flags that 'note' does, I am in particular need of '-b' support, but '-m' (or perhaps '-r', for replies?) may be desired by some users.
