Errors during installation...

Hello, I'm desperately trying to install Room Assistant on Raspberry Pi 3 - Raspbian 10 Buster.

At the end of the installation, I have these errors:

What should I do to correct them?

And 2nd point, when I launch Room Assistant, I have this:

To me that looks like a broken NodeJS install - I would suggest to uninstall NodeJS and re-install that and room-assistant fresh.
