Blue Charm - BLE Tag

I have a 6 device cluster set up. Everything seems to be working fine with BlueToothClassic but when I tried to allow a BLE tag on the list I am not seeing it in both the room-assistant APIs or the Hass Entities like I do the apple watch. I have searched and can't find the solution but has led me to some questions.

• Clusters. Do you have to add the same integrations to local.yml or does the cluster share the config around?
• I allowed the BLE tag and have the ID but nothing is showing up in the endpoint
• No errors

I feel like I am doing something wrong. Posting configs below:
