Hey,
I had the idea to use room assistant to track if there is ANYONE with an enabled Exposure Notification App (such as "Corona Warn App" in Germany) in a room. Since I am not interested in WHO is in the room, the changing UUID should not be a problem as long as I can detect that the current UUID is the strongest in the specific room ( and since we have a special service-id for Exposure Notifications ) it should be easy to ensure that it is a person carrying a smartphone and not some random BLE-device.
Since this approach would allow anyone visiting me to magically be able to turn on lights in all room without the need for motion sensors, I think this would be really cool.
