Like some programming editor that lets you pick your color from a gradient and can show you a color when you hover over its hexcode. This way you could identify what color refers to what part of the UI since you didn't write it inside the override.json file as a note.
Another cool idea would be a website where you can paste the Json and see a UI example based on that which you can use to tinker around with colors? Tried to look for the latter but didn't find anything that worked this way. (guess it may not work that way though)
