Request: [Description] How to re-build ffmpeg without updating its source ?

I need to patch the ffmpeg source code and make a build.
After I patched and run the media-autobuild_suite.bat
Every time I see the ffmpeg source code is replaced or updated.

On second time onwards no user interaction is given.

The process starts automatically, checking every components and finally, starts building the ffmpeg.
I need to wait for long time and then see some error if any, while building ffmpeg.
I need to know how to start the media-autobuild_suite.bat or any file, just to make the build of ffmpeg alone.

Please suggest me !
