Please download the dataset partitions in my homepage: https://www.lamda.nju.edu.cn/lixc/. You could find the CIFAR100 data in the section of Code Repositories. When you download the files, you should also modify the path configurations in paths.py (e.g., the data_dir should be modified to your local data directory that contains the downloaded data).
