Safari support to enable this working on iPad

I think it'd be interesting to make this work on iPad

They kind of support web-extension standard in Safari now, though you have to go through annoying process https://developer.apple.com/documentation/safariservices/safari_web_extensions/converting_a_web_extension_for_safari

totally open to pull requests. have several other projects taking my time but if i find free time i may look into it. agreed that would be cool
