Description

We've identified a minor issue with the CSRC instruction in Ibex (refer to lowRISC/ibex#2193 for details) prior to tapeout. We have already made sure that the CSRC instruction is not used in a problematic way in ROM.

Going forward, we should document this in the software guidelines document to make it doesn't lead to issues e.g. in ROM_EXT.
