Trigger authorization

Hello, I am working on a REST API and I don't understand how to trigger authorization when I call the action outsite the Controller.

Here is my Action

}

{

        'country' => ['required', 'string', 'max:255'],

}

public function asController(ActionRequest $request): Response
{
    $address = $this->handle($request->all());

    return response($address, Response::HTTP_CREATED);

I have a Unit test which is sending me this:

There was 1 error:

1) Tests\Unit\Actions\Address\CreateAddressTest::it_can_create_an_address
Error: Call to a member function can() on null

The test:

public function it_can_create_an_address()
{
    Event::fake();
    $address = Address::factory()->make()->toArray();

    $createdAddress = CreateAddress::run($address);

    $this->assertDatabaseHas('addresses', [
        'id' => $createdAddress->id,
        'name' => $createdAddress->name,
    ]);
    Event::assertDispatched(AddressCreated::class);
}

My Feature test (from URI) is ok:

public function it_can_create_an_address_as_admin()
{
    Event::fake();
    $address = Address::factory()->make()->toArray();

    $this->actingAsRole('admin')
        ->postJson(route('address.create'), $address)
        ->assertStatus(Response::HTTP_CREATED);

    Event::assertDispatched(AddressCreated::class);
}

Can you help me to understand why ?
