Add documentation section for JDBC Driver configuration tips and tricks

Document known tricks and tips needed for different JDBC drivers.
Depending on the database, its JDBC driver may need specific parameters in the connection string, or even special JVM flags that must be passed to LS_JAVA_OPTS or put into config/jvm.options.

All three plugins could share a section that would be sectioned by Database with a section at the bottom (or start) calling out for contributions, as we'd rely on the community to tell us what was needed to get the database they use to work.
