How to configure to use MySQL instead of PostgreSQL？

@huturen, by default, Loco starters come with PostgreSQL. If you want to work with MySQL, you should go to your Cargo.toml file and add thesqlx-mysql feature. For more details, refer to the SeaORM documentation here.

Would you please provide the docker command for mysql ?
Following is the workflow for switching to mysql (from postgresql)

• Assume saas starter was selected
• Add sqlx-mysql in Cargo.toml

• To start up postgresql docker container. redis server is using the one from OS(RL9)

docker run -d -p 5432:5432 -e POSTGRES_USER=loco -e POSTGRES_DB=loco_app_development -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD="loco" postgres:15.3-alpine

• To startup mysql container, @kaplanelad pls help to specify the mysql container docker command.

• migrate the db from sqlite to mysql after sqlx-mysql is added.
