Feature Request: Auto Retry Download on Error

Description:
I would like to request a feature for the LM Studio app where the app automatically retries a download if it fails, potentially due to a bad internet connection or other network-related issues.

Feature Details:

• If a download encounters an error, such as a network failure, the app should attempt to retry the download automatically.
• There should be no limit on the number of retry attempts.
• If a download takes too long after several retries, the app should timeout and notify the user of the failure.
• This feature would be especially useful for users downloading large models overnight, allowing the process to continue uninterrupted until completed.
• Add user notifications on retry attempts and the eventual failure after all retries are exhausted.

Use Case:
This feature would help users with unreliable internet connections or those downloading large models overnight by ensuring they do not have to manually restart a download if something goes wrong.
