Runtime Extension Packs don't load

What is the bug?
I am unable to download and install the "Metal llama.cpp" or "LM Studio MLX" packs. Each one fails in a different way.

For "Metal llamma.cpp", it appears to download and install, but then the button changes state back to "Download and Install" after a few seconds. Nothing appears under runtimes.

For "LM Studio MLX", I clicked the Download and Install button, but it's stuck at "Downloading 100%" forever.

Closing and re-opening the app has no effect.

1. Open LM Studio.
2. Click on the spyglass icon
3. Click Runtimes
4. Click "Download and Install" buttons for "Metal llama.cpp" and "LM Studio MLX"

Hello, is 0.3.9 the first version of the app you ever installed, or was this an update?

Hi @yagil, this was an update. I don't remember which version was originally installed, but I recall attempting to update to 0.3.6 within the app, which didn't work. So I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled 0.3.9 via the usual process (drag to Applications folder).
