I am a packager and I wanted to make a package for these plugins but I have a problem.
This repo lists the WTFPL as the license, but the sources from Shiru's website do not have any licensing info. Only the original author can relicense something, so if Shiru has not specified that his code is released under the WTFPL, it's all to be considered proprietary software and I can't package it.

Hi, license info are found in readme.txt files.
Original sources from shiru are kept in the repository, under the reference/ directory.
Under respective projects, you will be usually able to read this section.
License
The plugin and its source code comes without any warranty. You can
redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the WTFPL. See
http://www.wtfpl.net/ for more details.
But now you mentioned it and I checked, seems crushdmc doesn't contain a license mention.
It needs to contact shiru to ask for the license.
