When enabled, OP-TEE will be loaded from NVM and installed in external
RAM or DRAM.
OP-TEE will run in Secure World and its memory zone will be secured. A
monitor will be installed and handled by OP-TEE to handle NW/SW
switches as well as SMCs. The selected component (Linux/U-Boot) will
be loaded in RAM as well but will run in Normal World after returning
from OP-TEE.
