Elastic Beats Patches Incorporated into Upstream #19

The two patches described in the wiki page for Building Beats are no longer necessary. These two changes in Beats fixed the issues:

Fix endian issues - Adding support for big endian to gosigar elastic/gosigar#100
Fix architecture used in Auditbeat tests - Remove arch from test audit rules elastic/beats#6783

Thanks Andrew, we'll update our instruction when these fix are tag/release too.
