It can be based on:
https://www.npmjs.com/package/@deep-foundation/chatgpt-discord-bot
https://www.npmjs.com/package/@deep-foundation/chatgpt-azure-discord-bot

This startup includes:

The website using Deep
Authorization/registration (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@l4legenda/passport-discord)
A way to keep accounting (Accounting package deep-foundation/dev#149)
A way to accept payments to increase messages/tokens balance
Usage should spend balance, and if no balance available for user requests from this user should be rejected until balance is increased
All the above should be group into single deep package

30000 ₽ can be claimed as a reward. Reward will be paid to the first programmer that will make an NPM package that will pass review of @Konard
