Definition

• I can only download all files of an UR that has status Active or Closed
• Given that I am a LinShare app user
• After login successfully, from the left menu, I go to Upload request and select tab Active/Closed UR list.
• If the UR is collective:
  ◦ I click on three-dots button of an UR, I can see the option “Download” from the drop-down list
  ◦ When I click on Download, all the files of the UR will be downloaded to device.
• If the UR is mass-individual:
  ◦ Option download will be disabled when I click on three-dots button of an individual UR (global level)
  ◦ When I click an individual upload request, the nested upload request list will be opened. I click on three-dot button of a nested UR, I can see the option Download
  ◦ All the file of that nested UR will be downloaded to device.
