Elo stats page graph is too aggressive in cutting off recent information when increasing time range

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Gain a lot of elo for a certain gamemode in a relatively short period of time (e.g. 100 points in one week)
2. Go to your stats page for that gamemode
3. Increase timerange of shown graph until end is cut off aggressively

What did you expect to happen?

I expected the graph to show a near vertical line from recent activity; I expected the final elo on the graph to be my current elo.

What happened instead?

The graph cuts off the end and shows an incorrect final elo
