Broadcast - suppress "missing FIDE ID" for BYE pseudonym/pairing

https://lichess.org/broadcast/roquetas-chess-festival-2025-xxxvi-international-open/ronda-1/x81oaM5H/WQpz5C1D shows byes in the pairing list using a pseudonym BYE.

We expect that there won't be a human player named BYE, so #content-broadcast > lila missing FIDE IDs notifications don't need to be sent in such cases.

Probably most of these are error insertions but 🤷

I think it was some of the federations as it happens with No Player and No Player2 (which by the way already happened to have auto replace activated)

What's their first name? I'm more concerned about a possible future player than about someone who has a 100% loss record.

I assume it is an error on the part of the federations to register, I have also seen people with 2 FIDE IDs (from 2 different federations) out of pure error
