How big is the pcd file you are getting out from simulator? Do you see any errors printed when point cloud is generated?

You must use git lfs to clone them. They should be about 8mb each.

Oh, that's right. If you are using pcd files from github repository make sure Git LFS is installed before you clone it.

when i run the /shared_dir/autoware-data/my_launch/my_localization.launch
Have error output.
ResourceNotFound: model_publisher
