[Feature request] Fast Arrow switch on different button

I'd like to suggest adding in a second button to do the fast arrow switch (R for example) so that you can do it even without the extra buttons of the CPP or New 3ds. As of now, fast arrow switch and quick Fierce Deity mask are the only major updates that can't be accessed on a base 3ds, since everything else can just be done with the touch screen.
