The problem

Environment

Localtuya version: 3.70 beta 12
Last working localtuya version (if known and relevant): never working
Home Assistant Core version: 2023.11.2
[] Are you using the Home Assistant Tuya Cloud component ? [x]
[] Are you using the Tuya App in parallel ?

Steps to reproduce

Add devices to smartlife
Add devices to localtuya (all success)
when I click on switches from localtuya, only wifi switch works, bluetooth switch attached to gateway not working.

Configuration `configuration.yaml` or `config_flow`

DP dump

Provide Home Assistant taceback/logs
