We should enforce password strength

min. 8 chars
max 256 chars (max fieldsize)
allowed characters: a-zA-Z0-9 _@+-*+#~?!§$%&/\
blacklist of regex pattern to prevent easy guessable passwords like variations of "password" or passwords containing only numbers or only characters, names, birhtdays etc.
