Hg 2.8.2

When I'm running against latest master (atow), hg 2.8.2 does not work in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Upgrading hg to 3.0.1 and it works.

Here is the error message:

Note that I am running this on a virtulbox vagrant machine if that might be an issue.
