add support for Android

Since iOS support was asked (#233), I was wondering if anyone asked for Android support and was surprised to find nothing about it.

So here I am, I'd be happy if there was an Android support - and that would definitely make me want to do the switch from Tauri to Floem.

That's awesome feedback to hear! iOS and android support would are desired features but we don't have the current bandwidth to work on them now. We will eventually get there but we would also accept any help on adding that support in the meantime
