In MR #449 I add introspection about bounds in pressure for all equations of state. As a first pass for tables, I have them report that they are unbounded from above. This isn't formally true, as the table has a range. More care should be spent here, either by reporting a maximum pressure properly or by performing more careful extrapolation.
