Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'm always frustrated when I cannot easily connect my self-hosted instance of Appwrite to my GitHub repositories for managing functions. This limitation hinders my ability to integrate version control and collaborative development workflows seamlessly into my Appwrite projects.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have a built-in feature in the self-hosted instance of Appwrite that allows for easy and direct integration with GitHub. This feature should enable the connection of Appwrite functions to Git repositories, allowing users to pull and push code updates directly from the Appwrite console. Additionally, support for using pre-made templates from GitHub repositories would significantly enhance the development experience.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've considered manually cloning repositories and uploading code changes to Appwrite, but this process is cumbersome and inefficient, especially for collaborative projects. Another alternative is using third-party CI/CD tools to automate the deployment, but this adds complexity and additional points of failure.

Additional context

Integrating GitHub directly with Appwrite's self-hosted instance will streamline the development workflow, improve collaboration, and ensure better version control. It would also align with modern development practices and expectations. Here is a reference to the current documentation: Appwrite Self-Hosting Functions.

If you want to speed up the process of this issue, please send 🚀 as a reaction.
