1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing?

When interacting with a chatbot, it is interesting for the user experience if the chatbot's responses appear as if they are being "typed" by the user. Unfortunately, the welcome message is displayed directly in the chat without any animation.

2. Describe the feature you'd like to see

It would be nice if when the chat is started (via the web interface and in Orchestrator), the welcome message is animated as it is typed, just like the future messages are.
