Hello, i gone through code, it requires .csv file. But i have images and their mask in .png format and finding difficulties to running code. can you please provides instructions for this.

Very thank you for valuable reply. My images are also 3D medical scans.
images are in dicom format and masks are in .nii format (and also i can
convert both into .png format). if possible may you please provide
instructions for this.
