Port About window to new AdwAboutWindow

It's in alpha, when it gets stable I'll port.

Now it's officially stable (v1.2.0). It's available for Arch so it should cover all supported distros (Fedora and Ubuntu did not get v1.2.0 yet, but it could be packaged in flatpak).

I'll get on to doing it after this semester of university. It's the last one so I have a ton of stuff to do.

To me it looks like GNOME sdk 42 won't get libadwaita 1.2 but sdk 43 will. It's probably better to wait for sdk 43 to get released for flatpak and only then update to new about window. Alternative is to build libadwaita 1.2 as a module in the flatpak manifest for sdk 42.
