Why is the port number 1323 in the guide document? #1897

The port 1323 is used for documentation and tests, as we need to have one for examples and when running a test against a server instance. Echo requires a valid listen address to be specified for starting a server. No random or default port is used, the listen address is mandatory. Dont know about the history on why 1323 was chosen, but feel free to search the git history a bit ;-) |

I wonder why the port number in the guide document is 1323 instead of 80. Does this have any history? And if I don't specify a port number, it will be randomly assigned. Does this also have a history?
