I've noticed that my google drive rate limit resets at about the same time every day. It seems like this happens for everyone at a different time. You should let us easily set a time for it to restart everyday or change the length it waits. I've been manually restarting it for now and it works that way.

The general consensus appears to be midnight in the time zone of the machine that started it.

When I have some free time I will look to add this to cloudplow.

This project will be replaced by cloudplow so no more work will be made to unionfs_cleaner.
