Currently, UI for "Import Seed Phrase" onboarding flow are already done

DoD:

styling fixes
integration with background to add the new account to the SPV node. Check this out. You should be able to call this with options.mnemonics to create a wallet in the SPV node with your own seedphrase
Currently, background can only handle one account at a time.
