Allow resizing visualization part in a cell

We don't allow resizing visualization part in a cell currently. The usability is not good when the visualized graph contains a large number of nodes and rels, as users have to zoom out to see the full picture of the graph, while zooming in to see more fine-grained details. It would be good if that vis part can be resized, and users can have more flexibility to view the graph.

@ray6080 could you elaborate on what you mean by "vis part can be resized"? I thought the zoom in and out feature already exists within a cell?

I think he means allowing resizing the editor portion to make more space for the graph viz, which is what Memgraph does right now.
