Look at adding CUE for generating some file bundle facets

CUE is a great language for generating various things like yaml and json

This is useful for cases where the templating is in yaml or json configs, e.g. github actions. This probably wouldn't be used in cases where we're looking to just throw the name of an author into a license or similar.
