What happened?

It seems that tproxy does not work by default on the new ubuntu distros.

The potential solution might be to use

update-alternatives --set iptables /usr/sbin/iptables-legacy
update-alternatives --set ip6tables /usr/sbin/ip6tables-legacy

We need to either fix it or document it.
