What happened?

Kong Mesh 2.9.2

We applied the policy (MeshHealthCheck) on Zone CP targeting MeshMultiZoneService but it was missing from Inspect tab in GUI on global. Here is JSON with _rules response. Is this expected?

Triage: it's expected. If you want to see rules with Mesh*Service you should click the real outbound
