What would you like to be added?

It would be nice to give the user the ability to hide common messages like these:

No cached credential available. Refreshing...
Updated cached credential

Why is this needed?

I use kubectl foreach a lot and I'm spammed by those messages I don't really care about as long as it works fine.

Anything else we need to know?

I think we should be able to change the verbosity without modifying the ~/.kube/config, so it should be configured from an environment variable like AWS_IAM_AUTHENTICATOR_QUIET.
