PTE uses the existing Settings->Writing instead of cluttering up the menus with a new menu.

Add a one-time pointer after plugin activation?
Add a link on the plugins listing pointing to PTE's section of Writing

Have a functional pointer in the feature-admin-pointer branch. Not totally convinced on including it.
