Hud alignment improvements

Would it be possible to add bottom_center, left_center, right_center, top_center for hud element alignment, with positive and negative x and y values offsetting elements halfway from center to edge of screen.

The hud config is going to get a second pass at some point, also for things like anchoring text on the right edge instead of the left, so more options here can also make sense. Not sure when though, maybe 0.29.
