Client-Side UI Development

The following need to be implemented for setting up a suitable front-end UI.

• Landing page which lists all channels, and other relevant components #31
• Page for each channel which consists of infinitely scrolling messages, their respective threads #34
• Logic for expanding threads on the side or in place, whichever is suitable #32
• Message search bar (Global and Channel-wise) #33
